EducationUSA is partnering with CollegeWeekLive for International Day

Wednesday, February 23, 7am-7pm Eastern Standard Time

This virtual college fair environment online will give prospective students the opportunity to see and hear from admissions representatives and students from over 200 U.S. colleges and universities. Participation isfree to all students. Any non-U.S. citizen or permanent residentthat registers and participate in this event is automatically put into a drawing for a $2500 scholarship from CollegeWeekLive. Register online now.  During the first event in December over 6500 students from 182 countries around the world interacted with institutions in their search for the right school to meet their needs.

As part of the event EducationUSA will have its own virtual booth on the Student Services floor.  Our representatives will be hosting live video sessions on key topics such as Writing a Successful Essay, Preparing a Winning Application, Finding Financial Aid, Choosing the Right School for Maximum Success, Selecting Your Academic Major, Explaining the U.S.Higher Education System, and more.  After each presentation, there will be time for students to ask questions via chat to our staff.

ExchangesConnect, the Department of State’s online community, will also have a booth, so make sure to visit! With more than 28,000 members from around the world, ExchangesConnect is ECA’s English-language online community that supports discussions about Department of State exchange program applications and experiences and studying abroad in foreign countries.
